I have to say that hands down P.G_ Molinari salami is the best Salami I have ever had. Most Salami's are just some kind of meat like thing so over spiced and filled with preservatives that all you can taste is the spices.
This is not the case with P.G. Molinari. The Salami has all of those traditional flavors you are used to but at the same time you can really taste the hearty meaty flavor. The spices don't overpower the natural flavors of the obviously very high quality meats that go into their Salami.
I have to say that after eating P.G. Molinari Salami all other Salami's are ruined for me. I can now never go back.
